LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972, SECTION 123 (2A)

Disposal of land and building forming part of Corrigan Avenue Recreation Ground, Corrigan Avenue, Coulsdon, Surrey, CR5 2QP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the London Borough of Sutton intends to dispose of land and premises comprising 155 m2 forming part of Corrigan Avenue Recreation Ground Corrigan Avenue Coulsdon Surrey CR5 2QP for a term of 25 years with a mutual option to break the lease on each fifth anniversary of the term commencement date to allow the property to be used as a sports pavilion with ancillary changing, toilet, kitchen/refreshment area, community and associated storage uses. A plan of the property may be inspected between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays at London Borough of Sutton, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA.
