ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
RICHMOND ROAD. THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water service pipe repair works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Richmond Road, Thornton Heath.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Richmond Road will be closed between its junctions with Stratford Road and Winterbourne Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Stratford Road, Wiltshire Road, Winterbourne Road and reversed, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 01 August 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

RIDDLESDOWN ROAD. PURLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate water main connection works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Riddlesdown Road.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Riddlesdown Road will be closed outside No. 31 Riddlesdown Road.
3. Whilst the closure is in place the diversion route for traffic will be via Riddlesdown Road, Grasmere Road, Warren Road, Riddlesdown Road and vice versa, as appropriately signed.
4. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
5. The Order will come into operation on 01 August 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

THE BRIDLE ROAD. PURLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate water main works on behalf of SES Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in The Bridle Road, Purley.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place The Bridle Road will be closed outside Nos. 1 to 39.
3. During the works the diversion route for vehicular traffic will be via Foxley Lane, Peaks Hill Rise, Peaks Hill and Plough Lane and reversed, as appropriately signed.
4. The Order will come into operation on 01 August 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 12 August 2022. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance, or police purposes.

CUTHBERT GARDENS. SOUTH NORWOOD NOTICE OF TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate new water connection works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Cuthbert Gardens.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place Cuthbert Gardens will be closed outside No. 11 Cuthbert Gardens.
3. During the closure resident access will be maintained via road plates.
4. The Order will come into operation on 15 July 2022, and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.
5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:
(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works.
(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes.
(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
