any person having CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of GERARD CAULFIELD late of St James House St James Crescent Darwen in the County of Lancashire who died on the 19th day of January 2022 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom or to the undersigned on or before the 29th day of August 2022 after which date (Executor(s)) will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
