Licencing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A New Premises Licence

Notice is given that LIVING STEEL LTD. has applied to St Helens Borough Council for a new Premises Licence in respect of the following premises: CHALON WAY CAR PARK (FORMER), CHALON WAY, ST HELENS, WA10 1BX. The proposed licensable activities are: Provision of plays (indoors & outdoors) Monday to Sunday 08.00- 00.00, Provision of films (indoors & outdoors) Monday to Sunday 08.00-00.00, Provision of live music (indoors and outdoors) Monday to Sunday 08.00-00,00, Provision of recorded music (indoors and outdoors) Monday to Sunday 08.00-00.00, Provision of performances of dance (indoors and outdoors) Monday to Sunday 08.00-00.00, Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) Monday to Sunday from 23.00 Supply of Alcohol (On and Off sales / indoors and outdoors) Monday to Sun 10.00-00.00.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by St Helens Borough Council, Licensing & Land Charges Section, 3rd Floor Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens, WA10 1HF or via email at generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk no later than 2 August 2022, that is 28 days after valid application stating the grounds for the representation. The application and register can be viewed on the council's website - https://publicaccess.sthelens.gov.uk/online-applications/search It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to a fine of £5,000 on conviction should such a false statement be made.
