NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Elliot Scott to Richmondshire District Council in respect of premises known as BURGERQ - Street Kitchen LTD which are situated at 3 King Street, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4HP The proposed licensed activity to be carried on at the premises -is as follows: Entertainment / Sale of alcohol The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Richmond, North Yorkshire DL10 4JX during normal office hours, (by appointment only).

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Richmondshire District Council at the above address by 25/07/2022 It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
