Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Drake Street, Bradford Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Drake Street, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Drake Street from its junction with Hall Ings to its junction with Hall Ings.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Hall Ings, Bridge Street, Drake Street (unaffected section) and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 10:30 hours on the 24th July 2022 and remain in force until 12:30 hours on the 24th July 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 14th day of July 2022.
