(Various Roads, District of Rochford & Borough of Castle Point)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Temporary Introduction of a Clearway & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) (No.3) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Rochford & Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
3. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as specified in the schedule.
"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. "The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 21st July 2022, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Lower Road, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lower Road, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 595m west of its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 130m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2022 for 25 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30032679021 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cable installation works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Ashingdon Road, West Street, Bradley Way, Southend Road, Southend Road Roundabout, Southend Road, Rochford Road, Harp House Roundabout Manners Way, Cuckoo Corner Roundabout, Prince Avenue, Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road, Fairglen Interchange, Chelmsford Road, Carpenters Arms Roundabout, Chelmsford Road, Rawreth Lane, Hullbridge Road, Lower Road and vice versa (with access only into Lower Road).
The Order came into effect on 7th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Nethermayne, Basildon) (Temporary Introduction of a 40mph Speed Restriction) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed restriction that length of Nethermayne, Basildon in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 285m south east of the junction with Fobbing Farm Roundabout for a distance of approximately 545m in a south easterly direction (for traffic travelling in both directions). The speed restriction is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2022 for 26 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231006839 - Natta Building Company Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The speed restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while defect works are undertaken by Natta Building Company Ltd. The Order came into effect on 7th July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Tye Common Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tye Common Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 50m northeast of its junction with Blunts Wall Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO59961085 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover and frame replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

1. Tye Common Road, Clock House Road, Rectory Road, Dunton Road, Wash Road, Noak Hill Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Noak Hill Road, Southend Road, Sun Street, London Road.
2. Tye Common Road, London Road, Laindon Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Noak Hill Road, Wash Road, Dunton Road, Rectory Road, Clock House Road, Tye Common Road.
