A/22/93715/CU The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre First And Second Floors 7 Market Street Leigh WN7 1EE Proposed conversion of upper floors of former bank building to a 12 bed HMO including renewal of windows A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
