Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 12th July 2022 Ei Group Ltd applied to Trafford Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Orange Tree, 15 Old Market Place, Altrincham WA14 4DE The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. The provision of films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music and anything of a similar description 1000 to 0000 Mondays to Sundays. 2. Sale of alcohol 1000 to 0000 Sundays to Thursdays and 1000 to 0100 on Fridays and Saturdays. Please note - This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M32 0TH (

) no later than 9th August 2022 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Trafford Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council offices above by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
