Notice Of Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic - Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

-Various Roads Within High Legh

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic-
Moss Lane, High Legh - For approximately 100m either
side of the junction of Golborne Lane
Golborne Lane, High Legh - From the junction
of Moss Lane to outside Moss Hall Farm
The alternative route will be via Moss Lane, Hobbs Hill
Lane, Leigh Oaks Lane, Golborne Lane considered the most suitable route.

This order will come into operation on Monday 8 August 2022 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Monday 3 October 2022.
