Cheshire West And Chester Borough Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
TRO 3500 - Warrington Road (service road adjacent to the Riverside Pub), Weaverham - Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire West and Chester
Borough Council propose to make the above Traffic
Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the proposed order will be to introduce a
loading bay on the length of road specified in the attached
schedules.

. All objections and other representations relating to the order must be made in writing and objections must specify the grounds on which they are made, to the undersigned quoting reference TRO 3500 by 5th August 2022.

PROPOSED LOADING BAY Warrington Road (service road adjacent to the Riverside Pub), easterly side - from a point 6 metres north of its junction with the access to the car park for a distance of 13.2 metres in a northerly direction. Andy Bithell, Highways Contract Recommissioning Officer TEMPORARY SPEED REDUCTION TRO 3552 - A556 Chester Road in the Parish of Hartford Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily reduce the speed limit on the following length of road in Hartford from 60mph to 30mph to enable works to be carried out by Redrow Homes. A556 Chester Road Hartford - ** Nothing in the Order shall prevent driving upon the said lengths of road of any vehicle which is being used for the conveyance of persons goods or merchandise to or from any premises situate on or adjacent to the lengths of road or in connection with agriculture building construction works of repair and the like or use in an emergency of vehicles for fire brigade ambulance or police purposes. A through route will not always be available and any vehicles not requiring access to properties on the length of road should use the alternative routes. The Order will come into force on 23rd July 2022 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take approximately 6 weeks to complete.
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC TRO 3550 - London Road in the Davenham, Moulton & Kingsmead Ward Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit/restrict traffic on the following length of road in Davenham, Moulton & Kingsmead Ward to enable Sewer repairs works to be carried out by United Utilities.
