Notice is hereby given that We, Number One Central Social Club and Institute Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 318 MEDOMSLEY ROAD CONSETT DH8 5NX for a Variation of a Club Premises Certificate to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Recorded Music Monday to Sunday 11:00 00:00 Indoors, Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:00 00:00, on supplies only. The full application can be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing by 02nd August 2022 and sent to: Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
