Licensing Act 2003 Notice of New Application for a Premises Licence.

I, Antony GLANCY, hereby give notice that an application was made to Dorset Council on 29th June 2022 for a new Premises Licence at a new wine and coffee bar at 27 Station road, Swanage, Dorset in which the following licensable activities are proposed:
Sale of Alcohol, for consumption on the premises with recorded music from 1100-2300 every day.

The full application, giving details about the premises/proposed licensable activities has been sent to the licensing team, Dorset council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ. This should be arranged by prior appointment Monday to Friday or http://www.dorsetcouncil.gov.uk/business-consumers-licences/licences-and-permits/alcohol-and-entertainment-licences/current-licence-applications . An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the licensing team within 28 consecutive days of the day the application was made as detailed above-29th June 2022.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to the fine of up to £5000.
