(Newburn Avenue, Bowburn) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 7/7/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 90 metres of Newburn Avenue, Bowburn, to the rear of property numbers 1 and 27 to enable sewer repair works to be undertaken. Alternative route from the north side of the closure, via St Johns Crescent, Tweddle Terrace and Bede Terrace, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 18/7/22 From 8am and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
