(The Green, West Cornforth) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 7/7/2022 made the above Order under the Road Trafnc Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular trafnc from proceeding on a 55 metre length of The Green northern access road from its junction with C67 Bridge Road, West Cornforth to enable new gas connection works to be undertaken. An alternative route will be available to vehicular traffic from the eastern side of the closure from Bridge Road to the southern access to The Green, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on Monday 18/7/2022 and are anticipated to be completed in 5 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
