Notice is given that MICHAEL KENNETH WATTS has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a new premises license in respect of The Sandstone, Broxton, CH39JH to open Sunday to Thursday 12.00-23.00; Friday and Saturday 12.00-01.00.

Anyone wishing to make representation regarding the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Cheshire West and Chester Council Ellesmere Port CH65 0BA or email within three weeks specifying the ground of opposition The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with the application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000 Should representation be received a public hearing will be held.
