Mr N Kathirarnan has applied to Warrington BG Licensing Authority fbi a new premises icence at 4 Central Avenue, Warrington WA2 8BD to allow alcohol sales (consumpton off the premises) 0600 to 2300 hours daily, and alcohol sales and late right refreshment until 0000 hours on bank holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

Any person wishing to make representation in respecl of the application must do so in writing to the  Licensing, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, East Annex, Sankey Street, WA1 2BH by  1/8/22. The record of the application can be inspected during //normal 'office hours' at the Councils above address and at any time on the Council website. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary ccfiviction being £5,000
