Notice Of Making Of Orders Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order Highways Act 1980, Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981

County Council, Tadmarton Bridleway No. 12 (part), Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022.
The Order, made on 11 July 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting: -
Tadmarton BR12 running from Hollow Road at OS Grid Ref SP 4046 3734 north-northwestwards for 124m to SP 4042 3745, north-eastwards for 526m to SP 4085 3774, and north-north-westwards for 258m to SP 4078 3799 to a new line running from Hollow Road at OS Grid Ref SP 4039 3731, north-west for 10m to SP 4038 3732, generally north-northeastwards for 148m to SP 4040 3746, generally north-eastwards for 556m via SP 4065 3762 to SP 4080 3783, and northwards for 171m to SP 4078 3799 where it re-joins the existing Tadmarton BR12, as shown on the Order map. The Oxfordshire County Council, Waterstock Footpath No. 6, Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2022.
The Order, made on 11 July 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting: -
The entire width of Waterstock FP6 running from its junction with Waterstock FP 4 at The Old Dairy (OS Grid Ref SP 6389 0549) north-eastwards for 275m to SP 6416 0555 to a new line running from Waterstock FP 4 at OS Grid Ref SP 6397 0546 north-eastwards via SP 6410 0553 for 234m to SP 6416 0555, as shown on the Order map. Any representations about or objections to either of the Orders may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND at
not later than 12 August 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If either of the Orders is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

The Oxfordshire County Council, Great Tew Footpath No. 5 (Part) And Great Tew Footpath No. 6 (Part), Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map And Statement Modification Order 2019
On 11th July 2022, the Oxfordshire County Council confirmed the above Order, made on 18th June 2019, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting 76m of Great Tew FP 5 that runs north-eastwards through the garden and grounds of Tracey Barn Farm from OS Grid Reference SP 3925 2750 to SP 3925 2750 and 223m of Great Tew FP 6 that runs from Tracey Barn Farm at SP 3925 2750 south-eastwards along a field boundary (to the north-east of the River Dorn) to SP 3949 2739 to a line running for 308m from SP 3925 2750 south-eastwards along a field boundary (to the south-west of the River Dorn) to SP 3938 2736 and then eastwards and east-north-eastwards over the river to SP 3949 2739 to re-join the existing route of Great Tew FP 6, as shown on the Order map. The Order came into force on the date of confirmation but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980 (the Act), as amended, and/or the powers of section 53A of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (WCA) or on the ground that any requirement of either Act or of any regulation made under them has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act and as applied by s53A(7) WCA, within six weeks from 14 July 2022 make an application to the High Court.
