Notice Under Article 13 Of Application For Planning Permission Accompanied By An Environmental Statement
I give notice that Tarmac Trading Ltd is applying to Wiltshire Council for planning permission (Application reference number PL/2021/08690) for the Variation of condition 2 of N/99/02132/ FCM to allow for a revised restoration scheme at Eysey Manor Quarryand that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, the environmental statement and other documents submitted with the application on the Council's website
. You may also use the computers in your local library to access the Council's web site. Should members of the public wish to obtain CD copies of the Environmental Statement, they are invited to make direct contact with the applicant's agent, Kedd Limited at the following address: Fo Studio, Kingstreet, Much Wenlock, TF13 6B, who shall advise of the cost associated to providing copies, so long as stocks last. Requests for paper copies or a copy of the Non-Technical Summary should be raised directly to the applicant's agent. Any representations on this application should be made by 15 August 2022.
