* Works to the road and utilities.
* Exempted vehicles would be required to have pre-registered their vehicle registration number for a 'virtual' permit which will grant access during the closure times. This will need to be done at least 48 hours beforehand. Enforcement will be carried out with either a fixed or mobile ANPR camera (automatic number plate recognition) positioned at access points to the school streets, enabling any vehicles that contravene the order to be issued a fixed penalty notice.
Note: The closure may also be periodically staffed by volunteers from the school and local community, helping to manage and marshal the road closures by operating temporary barriers, and opening them for any exempt vehicles.
The Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford Area-Various Streets) (Traffic Management) Order 2022 will be further amended as required.
