LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
MEXICAN GRILL LTD t/a TORTILLA
Hereby give notice that we have applied to Southampton City Council for variation of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Tortilla, FCK1 Food Terrace, West Quay Shopping Centre, Southampton SO15 1QF.
The application is for the variation of the premises licence as follows:
1. The sale by retail of alcohol; and
2. The provision of regulated entertainment, consisting of any playing of recorded music:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 23:00; Saturday: 09:00 to 23:00; Sunday: 11:00 to 21:00.
The relevant licensing authority is Southampton City Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at their offices at Southbrook Rise, 4-8 Millbrook Road East, Southampton SO15 1YG between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet atwww.southampton.gov.uk/licensing Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, PO Box 1344, Southampton SO15 1WQ so as to be received by them between Friday 6th September 2013 and Friday 4th October 2013.
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale (currently £5000). Dated: Thursday 5th September 2013_
