(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.35) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4 (1), 4(2), 32, 35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order:
1. To revoke the School Keep Clear zig-zags (No Stopping Mon-Fri 8am-4pm) on the west side of Tripton Road outside St Mark's West Essex Catholic School.
2. To introduce single red lines (No Stopping - Red Route Mon-Fri 8am-9am and 3pm-4pm) on Tripton Road in the District of Harlow.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile number TL 450 092 revision 0 with revision 1. (High Ongar Road, High Ongar/Ongar) (30MPH Speed Limit) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 84 and Part III of Schedule 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce a 30MPH speed limit on the following length of High Ongar Road (the road is currently national speed limit), in the Parishes of High Ongar/Ongar, both in the District of Epping Forest. From its western junction with the Chelmsford Road (A414), northwards eastwards and southwards for its entire length to its eastern junction with the Chelmsford Road (A414), including all side roads. Date of Operation: The Order will come into operation on 15 July 2022. Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.
(Bury Road, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bury Road, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 105m northwest of its junction with Gilwell Lane for a distance of approximately 50m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th August 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2330406 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Bury Road, Daws Hill, Sewardstone Road, Kings Head Hill, The Green, Station Road, Rangers Road, Bury Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Market Place, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Market Place, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06046297/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water

Four Wantz Roundabout, Coopers Hill, Stanford Rivers Road, Romford Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, Ongar Road, Market Place and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 21st July 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(London Road, Stapleford Tawney) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of London Road, Stapleford Tawney in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with A113-London Road for a distance of approximately 175m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008JP032 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via London Road, Berwick Lane, School Road, Epping Road, Tawney Common, Tawney Lane and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North End, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road to its junction with The Stables a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU04769418087 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while main installation works are undertaken by Thames Water
An alternative route is available via High Road and access only to North End vice versa.

(Parsloe Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Parsloe Road, Harlow in the District of Harlow, from its junction with Burnett Park for a distance of approximately 80m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th July 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06046551/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Stradbroke Grove, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stradbroke Grove, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Palmerston Road to its junction with The Meadway a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th July 2022 for 33 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU04751316251 -Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Weald Hall Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 95m northeast of its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC00826JULEALMC648 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach.
