Notice of application for a New Premises License Blind Tiger Bars ltd herby give notice that an application was made to West Oxfordshire District Council on the 7th of July 2022 for a new premises license to operate a premises at 8 Market Square, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 6BB from which the following licensable activities are proposed: Retail sale of alcohol from 12:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Wednesday and 12:00 to 02:00 Thursday to Saturday. Regulated entertainment by the way of live music from 12:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Wednesday and 12:00 to 02:00 Thursday to Saturday. Regulated entertainment in the way of recorded music from 12:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Wednesday and 12:00 to 02:00 Thursday to Saturday.

The application may be inspected at the offices of the council at: Licensing Function, Environmental Regulatory Services, Woodgreen, Witney, Oxon, OX28 1NB or on-line at

. Any interested party or responsible Authority may make representations to the licensing Authority within 28 consecutive days of the day of application submission as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 04/08/2022.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 07/07/2022
