Winchester Road, Marlborough Road And Glastonbury Road, N9 - Temporary Restriction Of Traffic

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential utility works on Winchester Road, Marlborough Road and Glastonbury Road N9, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield propose

to make the Enfield (Winchester Road, Glastonbury Road and Marlborough N9) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2022 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The effect of the Order would be to prohibit traffic from waiting or loading at any time on Winchester Road, Marlborough Road and Glastonbury Road N9 as detailed in the schedule to this notice and as directed by signage.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above would not apply to works vehicles or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services vehicles.

4. The prohibitions would come into operation on 25 July 2022 and would continue in force for 5 days or until works are completed.

Winchester Road, N9 - between the common boundary's of Nos. 107/109 and 145/147; and between the common boundary's of Nos.150/148 and 110/108.
Coming into operation 2
25 July for 5 days or until the works are completed.
Glastonbury Road N9 - between its junctions with Winchester Road and Chichester Road on both sides of the carriageway.
Marlborough Road N9 - between its junction with Winchester Road and the common boundary's of Nos.26/24; and between its junction with Winchester Road and the south western flank wall of No.19 Marlborough Road.
