TAKE NOTICE THAT AN APPLICATION IS BEING MADE BY: Simons Developments Limited for Renewal of outline planning permission for Phase 2 of the Charles Street Redevelopment Scheme to include demolition of existing buildings and structures and comprehensive redevelopment comprising retail units (Class A1), restaurants and cafes (Use Class A3), financial and professional services (Use Class A2), a hotel (Use Class C1), residential apartments (Use Class C3) with associated undercroft car parking, new streets including new pedestrian links, public square, public art, public toilets, access (including highway improvements), servicing, landscaping and boundary treatments.
