Title of Document: Copeland Local Plan 2021-2038: Publication Draft Addendum. Amendments to Policy H9: Allocated Site for Gypsies and Travellers and Policy N5: Protection of Water Resources Regulation 19 Consultation Paper

Subject Matter: This document consults on a proposed site allocation for the use as Gypsy and Traveller accommodation in Copeland to be added to policy H9. It also seeks comments on amendments to the Local Plan which address the issue of nutrient neutrality as additional text within policy N5. The Gypsy and Traveller site allocation and amendments to address nutrient neutrality will complete the Publication Draft of the Copeland Local Plan 2021-2038.
