(Paisley, Town Centre, Well Street & Wellmeadow Street,) (Various Restrictions) (Amendment) Order 2022

On 8th July 2022, The Renfrewshire Council made the undernoted Order in part in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order, which comes into operation on 18th July 2022 was advertised in the Paisley & Renfrewshire Gazette on 18th May 2022 and the effect of the Orders is as stated in part in the said notice. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 8th July 2022, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
