On 24 March 2022 the Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council confirmed the above named Order. The effect of the Order, as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding Footpath 7A Cuddington commencing on the Crabtree Lane (UX1184) at OS grid reference SJ 45402 45841 and running in a generally easterly direction for approximately 47.6 metres to OS grid reference SJ 45450 45843 then running in a generally south easterly direction for approximately 15.2 metres to a point on the unaffected part of Public Footpath 7 at OS grid reference SJ 45463 45836 and deleting Footpath 7 Cuddington commencing on Crabtree Lane (UX1184) at OS grid reference SJ 45406 45837 and running in a generally easterly direction through the yard of Crabtree Farm to a point on the unaffected part of Public Footpath 7 at OS grid

The Order became operative from 24 March 2022, but if a person aggrieved by the Order desires to question the validity of the Order on the ground that it is not within the powers of Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 of the Act have not been complied with in relation to it, he or she may, within 42 days of the date of this notice make an application to the High Court under paragraph 12 of the said Schedule 15.
