Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(C2086 Pulley Lane and Newland Lane, Droitwich) (40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to Implement the speed limit on the following length of road in Droitwich to 40 miles per hour:
C2086 Pulley Lane/Newland Lane: from its junction with A38 Worcester/
Droitwich Road to its junction with C2076 Tagwell Road in its entirety.
There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

(U21201 Claypit Lane, Bournheath) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of U21201 Claypit Lane from its junction with
U20009 Parish Hill & Junction C2062 Doctors Hill to its junction with C2062 Doctors
Hill & B4091 Stourbridge Road.
Reason: Overhead works by Openreach.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4091 Stourbridge Road, Mount Road, U20009 Parish Hill, C2062 Doctors Hill and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing:
7 August 2022.

(A441 Evesham Road, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close that part of A441 Evesham Road from its junction with
A448 Crabbs Cross Roundabout to its junction with A422 Arrow Lane.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A448 The Slough, A448 Bromsgrove Road (Startford-on-Avon), A435 Haydom Way (Startford-on-Avon), A442 (Startford-on-Avon), A422 Worcester
Road, B4092 Alcester Road to Mile Post Lane, B4090 The Salt Way, C2038 Hight Street
C2038 Astwood Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 nights (20:00-05:00) Commencing: 3 August 2022.

(U21204 Snakes Lake Lane, Dodford) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U21204 Snakes Lake Lane from its junction with U21203 Cockshutt Lane to its junction with U21202 Bromsgrove Road. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U21203 Cockshutt Lane, U21202 Bromsgrove Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days Commencing: 14 July 2022.

(U40200 Chatley Lane, Ombersley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U40200 Chatley Lane from its junction with
U40201 Bournehouse Lane to its junction with C2086 Main Road.
Reason: New Customer connection by Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U40201 Bournehouse Lane, C2138 Hadley Heath, C2086 Hawfors
to Hadley Heath Road, U40200 Chatley Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing:
18 July 2022.

(C2085 Addis Lane, Elmbridge) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of C2085 Addis Lane from its junction with A442
Kidderminster Road for a distance of 320 metres in an Easterly direction.
Reason: Installation of spillways & carriageway patching by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2085 Addis Lane, C2146 Broad Alley, A442 Kidderminster Road
and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing:
18 July 2022.

(A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) and (Prohibition of No Right Turn) Order 2022
Proposed Order: Lane closures on that part of the the A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass in a southerly direction, prohibiting traffic from turning right onto the C2164 Charford Road and the prohibition of a right hand turn in a northerly direction onto C2164 Stoke Road.
Reason: Central Reservation maintenance by Bromsgrove District Council. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass Southbound and Northbound. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days (Sunday 7 & 14 August 08:00-18:00) Commencing: 7 August 2022.

(U21512 Staple Flat, Lickey End) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U21512 Staple Flat from its junction with C2151
Linehouse Lane to its junction with B4096 Old Birmingham Road.
Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2151 Linehouse Lane, B4096 Old Birmingham Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing:
18 July 2022.

(C2057 Callowbridge Road, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of C2057 Callowbridge Road from its junction with C2058 New Road to its junction with C2057 Callowbrook Lane. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Northbound: C2058 New Road, C2058 Legion Road, C2058 Whetty Lane, C2058 Rubery Bypass Entry Slip, A38 Birmingham Road, M5 JCT 4, A38 Birmingham Rd, C2057 Callowbrook Lane. (B4090 Worcester Road, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of B4090 Worcester Road from its junction with U41543 St Andrews Road to its junction with B4090 Saltway. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U41530 Worcester Road, B4090 Salt Way and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days Commencing:
8 August 2022.
