Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn fel y gellir sefydlu safle gwaith diogel sy'n gysylltiedig a'r prosiect adfywio ar South Quay.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro bob traffig cerbydol ac eithrio cerbydau esempt rhag mynd ar hyd South Quay, Penfro o bwynt ger y cyfleusterau cyhoeddus hyd at ddiwedd y briffordd gyhoeddus.

Nid yw South Quay yn ffordd drwodd, bydd mynediad yn cael ei gynnal i'r llithrfa a'r cwt cychod.
Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau. Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion ffyrdd priodol, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 18 Gorffennaf 2022 ac yn parhau mewn grym am hyd o oddeutu naw mis.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf.

The County Of Pembroke (South Quay, Pembroke) (Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order is necessary so that a secure works compound associated with the regeneration project on South Quay can be set up.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along South Quay, Pembroke from a point near the public conveniences to the end of the public highway.
South Quay is a no through road, access will be maintained to the slipway and boathouse.
Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure. It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Monday 18* July 2022 and remain in force for a duration of approximately 9 months.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 18 months.
