ST PETER AND PAUL ROMAN CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOL ST PAUL'S WOOD HILL ORPINGTON BR5 2SR - (22/02489) Applicant: St Peter & St Paul Catholic Primary Academy Proposal: Proposed Daily Mile Track
FLAT 6 CHAPMANS END CHAPMANS LANE ORPINGTON BR5 3JA- (22/02616) Applicant: Mr Wilson
Proposal: Removal of existing garden building and construction of detached outbuilding for use as a home office. The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the areas in which the land to which the applications relates are situated. *As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
