Traffic Order 2022 The Mlb Event At Crystal Palace Park: Saturday 9th July 2022

NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER 1. THE Council of the London Borough of Bromley HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that in order to enable the holding of the MLB Event at Crystal Palace Park between the hours of 8am and 12 midnight on Saturday 9th July 2022 THEY HAVE MADE an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following restrictions: -The following roads will be closed to through traffic with the exception of emergency services and where possible vehicles associated with residents on Saturday the 9th July 2022 between 8am and 12 midnight:
1. Thicket Road - for its entire length. Full closure at the junction with Crystal Palace Park Road. Relaxation of existing one-way restrictions as and when indicated by the placement of traffic signs. 2.


2. Anerley Park - For its entire length. Full closure of Anerley Park from Penge West Station to the junction with Penge High Street from 20.00 - 00.00 on each event day. Relaxation of existing one-way restrictions as and when indicated by the 3 placement of traffic signs.

3. Penge West Station Access - Full closure of the access road that serves Penge West Station. 4-

4. Anerley Hill - Southbound (towards Beckenham) at the junction of Crystal Palace Parade between 20.00 - 00.00 on each event day.

5. Crystal Palace Park Access Road, at junction with Anerley 5. Hill - for its entire length

6. Ledrington Road - for its entire length

7. Ridsdale Road - for its entire length g

8. Pascal Mews - for its entire length

9. Hadlow Place - for its entire length

10. Brunswick Place - for its entire length

11. Crystal Palace Station Road - for its entire length and full closure outside the station '¦

12. Hamlet Road - for its entire length

13. Maberley Road - for its entire length

14. Maberley Crescent - for its entire length

15. Waldegrave Road - for its entire length

16. Anerley Vale - for its entire length

21. Chipstead Close - for its entire length

22. Anerley Grove - for its entire length

23. Old Cople Lane - for its entire length

24. Versailles Road - for its entire length

25. Madeline Road - for its entire length

26. Melbourne Court - for its entire length

27. William Booth Road - for its entire length

28. Waldgrave Road - for its entire length

29. Belvedere Road - one-way traffic system eastbound, between Tudor Road and Mowbray Road. Banned right turn movements from Cintra Park, Chipstead Close, Anerley Grove, Waldgrave Road. Hamlet Road, Maberley Crescent, Maberley Road onto Belvedere Road. Banned left turn movements Aukland Road and Belvedere Road at junctions with Belvedere Road.

30. Maberley Road - one-way traffic system southbound, between Belvedere Road and Mowbray Road.

31. Maberley Road - point of no entry at the junction of Mowbray Road.

32. Meaford Way - one-way traffic system eastbound. Point of no entry at the junction of Oakfield Road, approximately 111m from the junction with High Street.

33. Crystal Palace Park Road- suspension of the cycleway THE prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

THE Order will come into effect from 8am and will end at 12 midnight on Saturday 9th July 2022.
NOTHING in this order shall prevent pedestrian access at any time to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which the order relates, or to any other premises which are accessible from such a road.
NOTHING in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission or direction of a Police Officer in uniform or Traffic Warden.
ACCESS to properties will be maintained as far as is practicable from either side of the closure as appropriate. Emergency access and egress routes will be maintained at all times. Pedestrian access will be available at all times during the festival.
