Application No. 08/22/00076: 27 Eastover, Bridgwater TA6 5AW. Change of use of post office & creation of a second floor, to create 2no. retail units at ground floor & 10no. apartments at first floor & second floor. This proposal is a major development.

Remove fractured limb on south eastern side of crown of Willow (Ref: BURN049 within TPO ref A1) by 8m. Crown lift Ash over road to 6m (Ref: BURN065 within TPO ref A1). Application No. 51/22/00015: 1 Wembdon Hill, Wembdon, Bridgwater TA6 7PX. Reduce two branches of Lime (T1) within TPO ref A1 back to main canopy to alleviate conflict with garage located at No 1 The Oaks. Reduce one branch of Lime (T2) within TPO ref A1 back to secondary limb to alleviate conflict with the roof located at No 2 The Oaks.
