Notice is hereby given that on the 5th July 2022 Ei Group Limited
applied to Wrexham County Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Cross Foxes, High Street, Coedpoeth, Wrexham LL11 3RY. The proposed licensable activities are 1. The provision of plays and indoor sporting events Mondays to Sundays 08.00 to 24.00. 2. The provision of films and recorded music Monday to Sundays 06.30 to 24.00. 3. The provision of live music Mondays to Sundays 12.00 to 24.00. 4. The sale of alcohol Mondays to Sundays 10.00 to 24.00. 5. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays 23.00 to 24.00. Please note -This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, Housing and Public Protection Service, Wrexham County Borough Council, 16 Lord Street, Wrexham LL11 1LG (

) no later than the 2nd August 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Wrexham County Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
