Any person having a claim against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of the above named, who died on 22 February 2013, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under mentioned Solicitors for the Executors of the deceased's Will on or before 23 November 2013 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the Estate of the deceased, having regard only to claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
