Bournemouth, Christchurch And Poole Council Holmhurst Avenue, Lakewood Road, Oakwood Road And Hinton Wood Avenue, Christchurch - Utility Works Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.

WHERE:

* Holmhurst Avenue at its junctions with Lakewood Road/Oakwood Road and Hinton Wood Avenue

* Lakewood Road from its junction with Holmhurst Ave to o/s No. 4

* Oakwood Road from its junction with Holmhurst Ave to o/s No. 3

* Hinton Wood Avenue from No. 62 to No. 72 WHAT: roads closed, no parking, no waiting, no loading/ unloading at any time.

WHEN: From Monday 18 July until approx. Friday 29 July 2022.
WHY: For health and safety to facilitate essential gas mains replacement by JDT Utilities on behalf of SGN ACCESS: Full Emergency Service access will be maintained. Access for residents only depending on site safety.

DIVERSION: remainder of Hinton Wood Ave, Station Road, Lyndhurst Road, Ring wood Road, Lymington Road, Castle Avenue back onto Hinton Wood Avenue VIEW AT:

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State. The Council regrets any inconvenience caused by this Traffic Order.
