Notice of varied Hackney Carriage Fares

Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, Section 65, Hackney Carriage Table of Fares.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under the above Act that Three Rivers District Council proposes to vary the Hackney Carriage Table of Fares for the administrative area of Three Rivers in accordance with the following table:

TARIFF  Fare
Tariff 1
For the first 1015 metres or part thereof  £3.00
For every additional 90 metres
(or part thereof) up to 2030 metres  l0p
For every additional 50 metres
(or part thereof) in excess of 2030 metres  l0p
Waiting Time
For each 20 seconds or part thereof  l0p
Christmas Day  Double Fare
Bank Holidays
(except New Year's Day and Boxing Day)  Additional 50p
New Year's Day, from 20.00 New Years Eve and Boxing Day  Additional 50% of fare to be added to total
fare
Night time charge from
21:30 hrs. to 06:00 hrs. - start fare  £3.50

If no objections are received, the fable of fares will come into force at the earliest opportunity but by 29 July 2022 at the latest.
