The Borough of Watford (Watford) (Controlled Parking Zones) (Consolidation) Order 2018 (Amendment) (No. 13) Order 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Watford Borough Council, acting as agents for Hertfordshire County Council proposes to make the above-mentioned Order pursuant to arrangements made under Section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 and the Local Government (Arrangements for Discharge of Functions) (England) Regulations 2000 with the Hertfordshire County Council, and in exercise of the powers conferred on that County under sections 1, 2, 4, 45, 46, 46A, 47, 49, 51 and 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and Part 6 of The Traffic Management Act 2004 and of all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Order will be to amend waiting restrictions as follows:

* St Johns Road (North Side), replace no waiting at any time except taxis to Permit Holders Only (Zone B) 8am-10pm.

* Woodford Road (West Side) Conversion of 10 metres of no waiting at any time except taxis on the West Side of Woodford Road, north of St Johns Road to Limited Waiting for 20 minutes, 8am-10pm, no return within 1 hour.

* Woodford Road (West Side) Conversion of 26 metres of no waiting at any time except taxis on the West Side of Woodford Road, to Permit Holders Only (Zone B) 8am-10pm.

* Woodford Road (West Side) Introduction of No Waiting and No Loading at any time from Clarendon Road to the access of Woodford Court.
