Notice is hereby given that on the 5th July 2022, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under the Road

Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Traffic Management Act 2004, Part
IV of Schedule 9 and all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013 so as to introduce: No Waiting At Any Time restrictions -:

1. At various locations on both sides of Elfed Drive near Potters Way and Beechtree Road Junctions.

2. At various locations on both sides of the B5127 Mill Lane.

3. At various locations on both sides Tabernacle Street.

4. At various locations on both sides of Padeswood Road North.

5. At the junction of Elfed Drive with Potters way

6. At the junction of Elfed Drive with Beechtree Road.

7. At the junction of Tabernacle Street with Padeswood Road North.

8. At the junction of Tabernacle Street with Orchard Close.

9. At the junction of the B5127 Mill Lane with Hawkesbury Road near to Elfed School.

10. At the junction of the B5127 Mill Lane with Elfed School / Sports

Centre Service Road.
11. At the junction of Mill Lane with Padeswood Road North.

12. At the junction of Mill Lane with Brunswick Road.

13. At the junction of Mill Lane with Mold Road.

In all other respects the present provisions of the 'The Flintshire County Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement and Consolidation) Order 2013' will remain in force.
