Temporary Traffic Order - Public Footpath Fp B70 - Waterhall, Brighton

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 6th July 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-The temporary closure of Public Footpath FP B70, from the bottom of the northern ascent to Mill Road footbridge to Waterhall Road.

2. The Order is necessary to allow Path surfacing works to take place.

3. There will be a signed diversion for pedestrians in place.

4. This Order comes into force on 11th July 2022 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 2nd August 2022.
