(Pound Farm Drive/The Haven, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of Pound Farm Drive, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Clarkes Road to its other junction with Clarkes Road a distance of approximately 370m.

2. To temporarily close that length of The Haven, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Pound Farm Drive to its end a distance of approximately 80m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 18th July 2022 for 47 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2315885 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway strengthening works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Clarkes Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 30th June 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
