NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ('the Council') proposes to make the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

Brighton & Hove Various Controlled Parking Zones Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment Order No.* 2022 (TRO-21a-2022)

This Order if it comes into force will introduce bike hangars for secure pedal cycle parking provision. It will also amend existing waiting and parking restrictions to allow for the installation of the hangars.
The hangars will be in the following locations:
* Zone A - Kingsley Road (2 hangar locations)

* Zone C - Cuthbert Road, Dorset Gardens, Evelyn Terrace (2 hangars together), John Street, Stanley Street (2 hangar locations) and Sutherland Road (2 hangars together)

* Zone H - Chesham Street

* Zone J - Preston Drove, Springfield Road (2 hangar locations), Warleigh Road (2 hangar locations) and Winchester Street

* Zone K - Clermont Terrace (2 hangar locations)

* Zone L - St Leonards Road (2 hangar locations)

* Zone N - Denmark Villas, Livingstone Road (2 hangar locations), Seafield Road (2 hangar locations) and The Drive (2 hangar locations)

* Zone O - Addison Road (2 hangar locations), Burton Villas, Cissbury Road (2 hangar locations), Lorna Road, Lyndhurst Road and The Drive

* Zone Q - Dyke Road

* Zone R - Montgomery Street (2 hangar locations)

* Zone S - Bonchurch Road, Hartington Road and Shanklin Road (2 hangars together)

* Zone U - Buller Road and Riley Road (2 hangar locations)

* Zone V - Ewart Street (2 hangar location), Franklin Street (2 hangar locations), Grove Street, Hampden Road, Islingword Place (2 hangar location), Islingword Street (2 hangar location) and Lincoln Street

* Zone Y - Buckingham Road (4 hangar locations)

* Zone Z - Montpelier Road (2 hangar locations) and Norfolk Square

Brighton & Hove Outer Areas (Waiting, Loading and Parking) and Cycle Lanes Consolidation Order 2018 Amendment Order No.* 202*

(REF: TRO-21B-2022) This Order if it comes into force will introduce bike hangars for secure pedal cycle parking provision in the following locations:
* Dudley Road - (2 hangar locations)
