The Isle of Wight Council (Lessland Lane, Godshill, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order No 1 2022
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that between 0800 hours and 1600 hours, for one shift, on Friday 15 July 2022, or when the work has been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along Lessland Lane for its entire length. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during arboriculture works.
Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that between Friday 08 July 2022 and Friday 12 August 2022 the following road will be closed for both day and night for a period of approximately two weeks within this period, or when the works have been completed, to enable the next planned programme of footway resurfacing works to be completed. No vehicle or person may use or cause any animal to use the following roads; and that no vehicle is permitted to wait on the following roads or within 50 metres on any adjoining side road where indicated by traffic signs. These works may include footway reconstruction, resurfacing, drainage works, verge maintenance and kerbing works. In some cases, it may be necessary to close these sections of roads on more than one occasion within this timeframe. Exact dates, durations and access information will be communicated to affected businesses and residents via letter and advanced warning signs before the scheme commences.

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 1800 hours on Thursday 07 July 2022 until 1200 hours on Monday 11 July 2022, a temporary 30mph speed limit restriction be introduced along Rolls Hill for its entire length between Hillis Gate Road and Littlewhitehouse Road, Calbourne. The restriction is being introduced on the grounds of road safety to avoid the likelihood of danger to the public during the Rhythmtree Festival.

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 1800 hours on Thursday 07 July 2022 until 1200 hours on Monday 11 July 2022, 1) a temporary 30mph speed limit restriction be introduced along Pallance Road between its junctions with Cowes and East Cowes Footpath 20 and Hillis Gate Road; 2) No person shall cause any vehicle to wait along Pallance Road, on its northern side, for its entire length. The restrictions are being introduced on the grounds of road safety to avoid the likelihood of danger to the public during the Rhythmtree Festival.

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 1800 hours on Thursday 07 July 2022 until 1200 hours on Monday 11 July 2022, no person shall cause any vehicle to wait along Rew Street, on both sides, between its junctions with Pallance Road and Cowes and East Cowes Footpath 3. The restriction is being introduced on the grounds of road safety to avoid the likelihood of danger to the public during the Rhythmtree Festival.

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that from 1800 hours on Thursday 07 July 2022 until 1200 hours on Monday 11 July 2022, no person shall proceed along Calbourne and Porchfield 1 between its junctions with Rolls Hill and Whippance Farm Access Road. The closure is being introduced on the grounds of road safety to avoid the likelihood of danger to the public during the Rhythmtree Festival.

Island Roads on behalf of the Isle of Wight Council give notice that for a period between 1430 hours and 1700 hours, on Saturday 09 July 2022, or when the event is finished, whichever is the sooner, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed along, starting from, 1) Westhill Road between its junctions with Simeon Street Recreation Ground and East Hill Road;
2) The Strand between its junctions with Monkton Street and Esplanade;
3) Monkton Street between its junctions with Melville Street and The Strand;
4) Melville Street between its junctions with Cross Street and Monkton Street; 5) Cross Street between its junctions with Melville Street and Union Street; 6) Union Street for its entire length; 7) Esplanade for its entire length; 8) Dover Street between its junctions with Melville Street and Park Road. This order is required in the interests of road safety during the Mardi Gras street parade event. Alternative routes will be signposted locally.
