Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion Order, Highways Act 1980. North Yorkshire County Council Public Footpath 10.84/3 Klrkby Fleetham with Fencote Diversion Order 2022.

The above Order, made on 16/06/22, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the Public Footpath described. Public Footpath 10.84/3 between SE2801 9461 & SE2815 9451 will be diverted onto a new route from SE2801 9461 eastwards to SE2809 9461 & from there south-eastwards to SE2815 9451. A copy of the Order & the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at County Hall, Racecourse Lane, Northallerton, North Yorkshire until Monday 22/08/22. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Robin Richardson at the above address not later than Monday 22/08/22. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/ representations cannot be treated as confidential & may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations & objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
