Notice is given that Weymouth Football Club Ltd has applied to Dorset Council for a variation of a premises licence in respect of Weymouth Football Club, Bob Lucas Stadium, Radipole Lane, Weymouth DT4 9XJ to extend the licensable area to include the stadium, the stands, the playing surface, the car park area & immediate grounds in the ownership of WTFC, and to amend licensable activities to both in & outdoors, and to increase permitted hours for those activities on Fridays, Saturdays, Bank holidays & New Year's Eve.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations by e-mailing: licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk or writing to, Licensing, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1XJ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected by contacting the licensing Section during normal office hours or phone 01305 838028. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
