ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST HELENS (DUNEDIN STREET) (SCHOOL STREET) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St Helens Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the aforesaid Act, proposes to make an Order, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedule below.

SCHEDULE 1
PROHIBITION OF MOTOR VEHICLES, EXCEPT FOR PEDAL CYCLES AND ACCESS TO NO'S 24-42 DUNEDIN STREET

Road Dunedin Street

Length From its junction with Hobart Street up to and including the turning head

Duration 8:00am to 9:30am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday to Friday

A copy of the draft Order together with a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be requested via traffic@sthelens.gov.uk or by telephone 01744 676398.

Objections to the proposed Order must be made in writing to the undersigned via traffic@sthelens.gov.uk or by post to be received no later than 29th July 2022 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
