Notice of Application to Wigan Council An application for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE has been made by KIN HUNG LAU for the premises known as RENDEZVOUS, situate at UNIT 3, THE POINT, ANN LANE, ASTLEY, M29 7SG. The Application seeks to allow the provision of Late Night Refreshment between the hours of 23.00 and 24.00 each Friday, Saturday and Sunday. To provide live music, recorded music, performance of dance, dancing and the sale by retail of alcohol between the hours of 12.00 until 23.00 each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and from the hours of 12.00 until 00.03 the following morning each Friday, Saturday and Sunday and From 12.00 until 01.30 On Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and any other Bank Holiday. The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between The hours of 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than the 28th July, 2022.

All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, P0 BOX 100, Wigan. WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited Fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
