Order made: to close that part of U61233 Dunns Lane from its junction with U6l232 Severn Drive to its junction with U61238 High Street.
Reason: New customer connection by A G Redman & Son Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U61238 High Street, A4104 High Street, U61235 Court Street, U61232 Severn Drive and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days. Commencing: 11 July 2022.

(Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made: to close that part of U64212 Bull Hill from its junction with U64213 Weather Lane to its junction with U64211 Astley Burf.
Reason: Tree maintenance by EOS.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be
undertaken.
Alternative route: (1) U64213 Weather Lane, B4196 Astley, U64212 Bull Hill and Vice Versa (2) U64213
Weather Lane, U64211 Astley Burf, U64211 Astley, B4196 Astley and Vice Versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 14 July 2022.

(Link Footpath F60290 Laburnum Walk Linking A449 Worcester Rd To U63524 Hospital Bank, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F60290 Laburnum Walk from its junction with U63524 Hospital Bank to its junction with A449 Worcester Road.
Reason: Safe working for Sunbelt Rentals UK Ltd.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpath, U63524 Hospital Bank, B4503 Newtown Road, A449 Worcester Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 1 August 2022.

(U61401 Castlemorton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Proposed Order: to close that part of U61401 Castlemorton from its junction with U61401 Castlemorton Outside the Old School House to its junction with C2098 Church Road. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2098 Church Road, B4208 Castlemorton, C2110 Birts Street, U61401 Birts Street
and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days. Commencing: 2 August 2022.

(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition Of Waiting On Manby Road and Clarence Road, Malvern]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of road in Malvern: -
Manby Rd (East side) from its junction with Clarence Road, 18m length of double yellow lines, in a northerly direction.
Clarence Rd (North East side) from its junction with Manby Road, 8.5m of double yellow lines, in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Reason: New vehicle crossing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U63547 Lower Road, U63548 Mathon Road, B4232 West Malvern Road, C2207 Old
Hollow and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
2 days. Commencing: 14 July 2022.
