(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2021 (VARIATION NO. 6) ORDER 2022

Notice is GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to introduce a Restricted Parking Zone of No Waiting Mon-Fri 10am-12pm in the following streets within Marlborough Park;

Ginner Road, Nevinson Road, Collins Road, Pryde Close and Trevelyan Road.

The Order will be operative as of 11 July 2022. A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 6 July 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
