Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 City Of Bradford Metropolitan District Council Barkerend Road, Bradford Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Order

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works to be executed on or near Barkerend Road, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which will be to introduce a One Way Traffic Flow on Barkerend Road from a point outside No. 190 Barkerend Road to a point outside No. 194 Barkerend Road (one-way closure - traffic prohibited westbound only) PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Barkerend Road (unaffected section), New Otley Road, Otley Road, Northcote Road, Valley View Grove, Lister Lane, Bolton Road, Queens Road, Kings Road, Canal Road, Shipley Airedale Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect at 21:30 hours on the 11th July 2022 and remain in force until 23:30 hours on the 11th July 2022 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
